At least 27 killed, dozens injured after suicide bomber targeted the Arbaeen gathering at a Hazara mosque in Kabul, Afghanistan. The attack happened at the ‘Masjid wa Moassisay Baqir ul Uloom’ (Baqir ul Uloom Mosque and Cultural Center).
