Kabul – March 18, 2018: Suicide bomber targets a mostly Shia and Hazara celebration of Nowruz –Persian new year and first day of Spring– near Sakhi Shrine in Kabul, Afghanistan.

ISIS claimed responsibility in a statement claiming the suicide bomber, Talha Peshawari (Talha from Peshawar KPK), was from Pakistan.
