The massive Hazara grassroots movement — Enlightening Movement locally known as Junbish-e Roshnai — has launched the second phase of its protests following inaction by Afghan Government.

The ‘civil disobedience’ movement started with Hazaras burning their electricity bills and vowed not to pay any government taxes.

Eighty six people, the majority of whom were educated and elite of this country, were slaughtered by the security council and security conspiracy in Dehmazang square and they want to blame it on Daesh. Daesh has become a pseudonym for security council and national security. Unfortunately, they don’t pursue this crime. Mr. Nasery (MP) is right. At this very moment there is a conspiracy to usurp designated green area around the graves of enlighten movement martyrs by the government and the so called leaders. Neither the government nor the media that are taking monthly salary from the security council pursue these issues.
