Lahore, Pakistan – Oct 22, 2013: According to Hazara sources, one Hazara have been gunned down by unidentified terrorists near NADRA office in Lahore, Pakistan. The victim has been identified as Dr. Ghulam Raza Jafari.

According to HOPE, this is the first documented terrorist attack on a Hazara in Lahore – the capital city of Punjab province and the home of the ruling PML-N party (See Google Map by HOPE for the attack location).
